EXECUTIVE

Sonia Scattarelli graduated with a Commerce degree in Business Management and Enterprise development from Ryerson University in 2004.  She began her career in Insurance in 2005 with Economical Insurance as an Administrative Assistant. She quickly progressed into Personal Lines Underwriting role, as an Underwriter from 2006 to 2018.  In spring 2018, Sonia progressed to her current role as a Senior Underwriting Analyst with the Facility Association.

Sonia was introduced to TIWA in 2010 by her mentor Val Lewis, becoming a full member in 2011.  She has co-chaired the association’s monthly bulletin, TIWA Topics, since 2012 and assumed the role of Executive Officer for the 2014-2015 term. Sonia is currently our Treasurer.
